Gawad Kalinga (GK) “Kusina ng Kalinga”
The spirit of Bayanihan lives on as the Sales and Marketing Team supported the Gawad Kalinga (GK) “Kusina ng Kalinga” program on December 7, 2019, by helping prepare 1,000 meal boxes for the pupils of Timoteo Policarpio Memorial Elementary School. With the guidance of GK staff, the team prepared the meal boxes from 5 am to 8 am in time for delivery for the kids’ lunch. Supporting the fight to end hunger and poverty by feeding a thousand kids for the day. Volunteers are needed every day to help feed more than 2,000 kids that are supported by GK. Papaya tree planting in GK Farm in Norzagaray followed. Supporting Gawad Kalinga as we are one in helping the foundation make food available to the communities we serve.
