Our History
Premium Feeds Corporation started in July 1980 and was built through the effort of its brilliant founder and owner Mr. Victor Uy, manufacturing feeds in Brgy. Santolan, Malabon City. Back then, backyard raisers dominated the market. Realizing the need for quality and affordable hog and poultry feeds, he kept this in mind and since then committed to provide affordable feed for backyard raisers.
He created a family-oriented work environment supporting employees as well as family members by providing jobs and creating related businesses. He involved all of his children to experience first-hand the value of working together and collaborating with employees.
In the early 1990’s, Premium Feeds Corporation started producing feeds for its own poultry farm, paving the way to pursue relentless efforts to improve farm performance through nutrition. It was also during this time when they produced more products to cater to hogs and various poultry species.
From its humble beginnings, the continuous growth of Premium Feeds was recognized by the animal and food industries with their various business ventures in the hog and poultry market.
Premium Feeds Corporation became a consortium of the Uy Group of Companies managed by the second generation of the family.
During the early 2000’s, the market became aggressively competitive. Price was not just a single factor considered in animal feeds. Hog and poultry raisers learned the importance of farm efficiency and competitive performance as medium and large scale farms want to increase their market share. It was also at this time when more feed millers emerged from both local and international brands. Premium Feeds continues to thrive in producing affordable feeds by improving its capabilities anchored by the core values of the company.
Premium Feeds was tested when typhoon Ondoy hit Metro Manila and resulted to massive loss. Committed with the company’s mission and the vision and pledge of their founder, Premium Feeds stood up and motivated their employees and valued customers that business will continue which paved the way for the construction of the new and modern plant facility in Pulilan, Bulacan where it is presently improving its core competencies.
Premium Feeds lives to the promise of its founder and continues to produce affordable feeds investing in quality, modern technology, and efficient manpower to create the best products. From the sourcing of high quality raw materials to the efficient quality control measures up until the finished product reaches the market.

- The new Premium Feeds logo is an evolution derived from the old one where the shapes and color themes remain the same.
- The green-colored diamond shape is the symbol of life and growth reflected in a modern green color. It signifies the company’s value towards business growth through new Feed Plant and Feed Business System.
- The red flag-like triangle means passion and love for the 3 core values of the company – Honesty, Loyalty and Responsible Working. Enlarged to symbolize aggressiveness in penetrating the growing and evolving market through the 3 core values.
